Zero stars. I have been getting billed for 9 mos for a bill already paid-and cashed by them in May 2023. Sent proof 4 times This is the third time they've made a complete mess of billing.Spent prob 70 hours on the phone for these bills. We won't use Quest anymore

The lady had her daughter and grandson at the desk and the hallway, which wasn’t a big deal but the daughter seemed to have an attitude! Couldn’t fill the cup to the line had to drink more water and after two hours of sitting in the waiting room she still had not taken me back again, I can’t hold my urine that long and get UTI’s very easily when I do. Also had to pick my son up and could not wait. This was for employment and it looks really bad for me to have to call and get the process started over again! I was not happy with the services! The other people in the waiting room were very nice!

Do you like spending 40 minutes talking with an automated answering system that can’t understand a word you say? If yes, then this is the business for you. Put on your yoga pants, play something calming, and be prepared to practice your most calming breathing exercises because this lack of customer service or capacity to speak with an actual person will be a patience test for even the calmest among us. For a service as critical as patient testing, do better.

Says it closes at 2, it's really 130 when they stop accepting people.

I have used both Quest Diagnostics and Labcorp for the past 9 years as I have gone through infertility treatment - so take that into consideration when reading this. I have also used Quest in a major metropolitan area versus this Quest of Cortland. I needed same day STAT bloodwork done and went to this location. I am still waiting for my very important results a day and a half later and found out this morning that the labs were done incorrectly (either the phlebotomist or the lab typed something incorrectly - we are all human, that is not the issue), but the lab running my blood still had my blood 24 hours later so after 6 phone calls to the doctor and quest they were going to rerun my blood. No apology no nothing from quest - they essentially blamed my doctor (it was clearly typed on my orders ... again a mistake but generally in customer service you apologize for the inconvenience and do all in your power to make it better.). Not quest. If you need a beta drawn, heck if you're waiting for ANY important test - take your business elsewhere. I know I will be for all of the follow up tests I need. To think of the money that my insurance has paid these buffoons over the years. Don't worry Quest - I won't forget and I will NEVER use quest again. And I'll make sure anyone I know and love doesn't either. And anyone reading Yelp ... or better business bureau ... I am BEYOND mad! One single person apologizing today would have made all the difference too - so take note and maybe offer some insight to your employees. Bye Quest!

Can't say enough positive things about my experience and the wonderful service. I made the appt early this morning for 0915. I was able to arrive early and the nice woman running things was so kind and welcoming, not to mention efficient. She had my samples drawn quickly, processed the paperwork accurately & had me on my way at about my original appt time. Thank you! I highly recommend this Quest facility.

The tech Lyndsey was amazing unlike the other lady that works there. She is friendly professional and makes sure the customer is comfortable while giving blood. And a big plus is you can't even feel the needle stick when she does it. Other lady just hurts you. So highly recommend Lyndsey.

The tech always gets the needle where it needs to be. Which is wonderful when you have fearful children.
