“CNY towing in Cortland was an absolutely wonderful experience on a not so great day for my fiance and I. A special shout out to Scotty with how much pride he takes in cleaning up the roads after an accident and just how friendly he was to my partner, letting her sit in his tow truck until I arrived all the way from Binghamton to pick her up in Cortland. Craig was also very wonderful to us, we forgot to take off the lanyard to our original key set the day the insurance company was picking it up and so he coordinated with us to set it to the side so we could grab it later!
