“VERY FAIR DEALERSHIP…UPDATE: Ran into issues with Strut mounts. Slight rattling, nothing crazy but needed to be addressed.Superior Auto reached out to their repair shop to schedule a time to come in. They replaced the entire strut on BOTH sides.The dealer paid for 75% of the repairs and I paid the remainder. I was happy with that seeing how the dealer was under no obligation to fix. And both sides were done when only one was required.Thank you Superior Auto!======================My experience here has been a good one.Most communication done via Facebook Messenger, super convenient for me.The vehicle was exactly as advertised, clean, and inspected. “I’ve heard a lot of mixed opinions but from my personal experience with this company it has been over all a good experience. They have been very understanding if I needed to make a payment a little later than usual as long as I let them know and have been flexible with me. When I was looking for a car they were great about giving me necessary information about the vehicle, and were patient when it came to the test driving. It’s been about 3ish years and I still have never had any problems with the vehicle to this day, and they sold me a 2015 Buick verano. Overall I would recommend this company from my own experience.”
