I placed an order for delivery that was supposed to be delivered between 7-8 pm last night. I called walmart 10 am this morning to let them know I hadn't received my order. They said they were waiting for a driver. At 1:30 pm this afternoon I contacted walmart again still hadn't received my order. And without my permission they canceled the order. I am on disability and have no vehicle. They told me to re-order but they have no availability to deliver for today. This walmart is pathetic. Another time it took me 2days to get my order. Not walmart pharmacy, it was grocery delivery

Called a couple days ahead and said it was going to be ready on tuesday. I went wednesday and they say they dont have it. I live about 30 minutes away and wasted my gas and time, when they should have said it wouldve taken longer to come in. The pharmacy staff was also extremely rude, not helpful, and tried to have me buy a different kind which was more expensive. I will NOT be buying anything including groceries from this walmart again, not to mention all of their employees look like they smell like cat litter.

This is by far one of the worst pharmacies in the area. When asking the pharmacist about a medication interaction I would have saved several minutes looking it up on google as she had. The staff have the certifications, but lack the knowledge. I’d highly recommend asking your primary care instead. In addition my primary care wrote a script for 3 months. It was confirmed by his staff as a 3 month subscription. When I went to Walmart to pick it up they only would give me a one month subscription. Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy.

They are very professional. Makes the process of getting medications that much easier.

Just not the same since the re-model. Does not have any appeal to me anymore. Businesses gone that were in the front of the store. (It did not help to see many self-check machines stored in one of those former store areas when I came into the store.) TOO MANY self-check stations -- yes, I do use them on occasion. Hardly any regular check-outs open, which gives the idea that Walmart prefers we use self-check. Seems impersonal, unless you come across someone you know who works there. Often the people doing the regular check out are not all that bad -- more friendly than the ones stationed to watch self-check. I have begun to shop elsewhere, in addition to online. I have not yet given up on Walmart -- plan to check out the one in Norwich (as I do not like the one in Johnson City at all, mostly because of its location).

I love the new Walmart. Sometimes it may be hard to find what you are looking for, but download their app because the app tells you the exact aisle of where to go for the item you need. It's a life saver. This Walmart is clean and I love the self check outs.
