My husband was in a fender bender, we went to willows collision to have our car repaired. Seth the store manager took very good care of us and our car. Would recommend them to anyone.

Seth, the owner, explained everything I needed to know about the cost to repair the damage plus he dealt with the insurance company so I didn't have to. Willows Collision does excellent work at an affordable price. Always a quick turn around and I never had to wonder what they were doing. Highly recommended.

Seth and the guys really helped me out when the sunroof on my new SUV was leaking. He got me in the same day to temporarily seal it until I could get in for an appt next week when nobody in the area would even look at it for 2 weeks. Thank you so much for help!

I brought my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT to Seth at Willows, and from the beginning I was met with great communication and customer service. Being from out of town, after hitting a deer I was hesitant to leave my car 250 miles away, but after speaking with Seth I knew I could trust him. Throughout the repair, I was kept up to date on parts, insurance processes, and was given the opportunity to provide my input on every decision. I could not believe the results when I saw the finished product...it looked like a brand new car. If you are in or around the Cortland area, you will not regret choosing Willows Collision.

Our new car was backed into about a month after we bought it. We took it to willows collision to be repaired and am so happy with the end result , you can’t tell anything ever happened to it . He was so helpful and professional and considerate. Mr Meriwether went above and beyond to get it done and back to us. Highly recommend to anyone needing his services.

LONG STORY but when we went to pick up my car from the dealership we were really disappointed to find the “blacked out” package included a bunch of white accents: the entire roof, side view mirrors, and parts of the grill. It was horrifying. I wanted to drive it into a black hole and leave it there never to be seen again. I was really adamant about it being all black so we took it to Willows Collision to have it painted (not going to lie I was nervous and had no idea what to expect) and they did an AMAZING JOB. I feel like I owe them my first born child; I am in LOVE with my car now. How lucky we are to have such talent in the Cortland Community. Thank you Willows Collision!
