“The best Total Wireless store I've been to yet!! Maria is lovely and very helpful. After nearly getting scammed by the Poughkeepsie store who wanted $450 to $500 for 5 new lines and then dropped it down to a still ridiculous amount of $225, Maria was able to give me all 5 lines on the Total Unlimited 5G+ plan for the true price of $160. And that included everything, taxes, fees, SIM Cards, everything. I have no idea why Poughkeepsie was so dishonest. But this is definitely the store to go to. Excellent and Friendly service, it was a really great experience. Maria also has an adorable little schnauzer named Sammy or Sami (Not sure how it's spelt.) and she's so cute!! ? Just be gentle around her because she doesn't have the best vision and she gets nervous easily and will bark at you. But she won't bite! <:) So, if you don't mind the extra drive coming from Dutchess County or you already live in the area choose this Total Wireless location. Maria is excellent and trust me, you won't be disappointed!!! <:D It's also really convenient for my dad as well since he could stop here on his way home from work in Hawthorne to pay the bill. ? “i dont know where to begin, my fiasco started online on 8/22 with AT&T trying to place an order, low and behold the online reps predictably caused a disaster of the 5 lines i was trying to bring over. I spent upwards of 24-30 hours trying to resolve this alone and was getting nowhere. I ended up at the store and met Jimmy.All I can say is wow, Jimmy was able to correct all the errors made by the online reps and locate more mistakes they made with my phone lines in disarray. He made sure I got the best deal possible and corrected all the mistakes the incompetent online reps made (notice i said that twice, stay away from online)...it felt like in Jimmy I had an advocate from day 1 of him stepping in, between the work he did for me that went above and beyond the norm I can not thank him enough. I know for a fact he put hours of work into this keeping me in the loop the whole time. Jimmy is an amazing asset to the store and company, I would never do anything online again and will only be seeing him directly...if only more local stores had managers that actually cared like Jimmy local businesses may be doing better...he is a role model and other should use his example to run their stores...thank you again for everything Jimmy. We couldn't have fixed all the BS without you. Many thanks from the entire family.”

“I had a 5-star experience today. Employee Josh was very helpful to me while also assisting other customers in both English and Spanish. He transferred my data over from my 1st Gen. iPhone SE to my refurbished S23 Ultra despite his initial concerns about not everything transferring. He was very upfront with me about these concerns and at no point did I feel like I was being given the run around. My apps didn't transfer (not an issue at all as I didn't have many installed to begin with) however all of my contacts, photos, and videos made it over in-tact. Thank you Josh!”
