Do not get phone service here, this worker “Ariela Fajardo” took my card wrote my card number on the computer and 3 days later I get transactions from “fashion nova” and it’s my business card nobody touches my card DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE.

Lady at the store told me one thing, got there and after gossiping in Spanish (I understand Spanish). Tells me a whole other thing almost 20min of me waiting. Get workers that are knowledgeable

Over the phone, the service is nasty and unprofessional! The kid sounded half-asleep or high and had the nerve to warrant side money for normal services provided by boost. You will be told "it is not my problem" if you don't agree.

Went in this afternoon to update the SIM card on my old Galaxy S10 phone. The young woman behind the desk took my phone and swapped out the old chip and put in the new chip before I even knew what happened. She tested it out and I was done in less than 10 minutes. I will be going back in the future to set up my new phone when I upgrade. Thank you very much Guiselle for the great service!
