We rented a car from them and drove to Florida .had car trouble called road side assistance we’re told to stop at the nearest enterprise.. which was Richmond Virginia airport (they sucked) no help we called the original Cortlandt office they were the only people to apologize and help us and come through.. thank you !!! We were veryVeRY appreciative to them.”
