“Tommy’s programming is intense enough for the most fit among us but scalable and accessible to anyone. It’s a fantastic way to approach HIIT with a focus on time under pressure and pauses in lieu of the more violent movements that cause most of the injuries. It is a mix of programming that challenges you and never gets boring or stale. Tommy and his staff are patient and explain/coach extraordinarily well with a lot of personal attention. It is also a very collegial and supportive group of people in the classes.”
“So, I use to get surveys from OTF about coaches, etc, but that hasn’t happened in a long while. First I have to say we have been members for approximately 5 years. We belonged to “ regular gyms before OTF but never stuck with it. ….but once I went to my first class at OTF, I was hooked because the OTF format was so different. It’s the best thing we’ve ever done. Great workouts, never boring , always different. ….but truly , the coaches in Yorktown are GREAT & make our location outstanding…(…a shout out for Jon & Maggie. )……In particular , Coach Nisha was the one we took classes with from the beginning & because of her ongoing enthusiasm, encouragement , support & personalization during workouts, we have stayed motivated & have been successful. She’s awesome & I believe she has set an example & a high bar for many of the coaches over these years. Also, I’d be remiss if I didn’t say the entire staff from those that man the desk to all the coaches make Yorktown a wonderful OTF site.”
“Lovely experience at Wild Blast. The owner Carter is well knowledgeable in all aspects of health and fitness. Not only are there great classes here, but all of the equipment is new and in perfect condition. The icing on top is the sauna/steam room. I love it!”

“I joined this gym in 2021 and have been lifting there 4x/week for almost three years. Short review: it’s great.Long review:They have four combo/powerlifting racks and three full sets of calibrated competition plates. Three deadlift platforms. Great selection of power bars, deadlift bars, squat bars, and specialty bars (SSB, axle, trap bar, etc). A couple cable machines, dumbbells up to 150lb, plus a treadmill, row erg, and assault bike. They’re consistently updating equipment based on membership needs.The membership base is consistently friendly, courteous, gives great hype and spots when needed. The community in this place is great, and is the number one reason I come here.It’s open twenty-four hours (not staffed, keypad access only). I love that I can come here at literally 3am and lift if I need to. And I feel safe doing that, which is key.Overall, this place is a highlight of my days and makes going to the gym something I look forward to.”

They make strength training and conditioning, something that used to feel completely overwhelming, not overwhelming at all. They explain everything, guide you through each movement, and make you feel confident and capable. Their one-on-one attention and genuine care make all the difference.
They push me outside my comfort zone in the best way, always keeping me accountable and encouraging me to work harder even on days I walk in ready to do the bare minimum. My body has changed dramatically since I started, and I truly attribute it all to their guidance.

“I was there for a 5 year olds birthday party. The facility is nice and they have a great selection of obstacles for kids and adults. However, I was most impressed with the staff. They were amazing with the kids. They were all very attentive and took the time to work with the kids and encourage them to do the course. They really care and enjoyed being there, and teaching the kids. Well done and thank you for a great experience!”

“I don't think you will find a trainer who is more invested in you and your long term health than Obi. He bases his workouts on research proven methodologies, not on fads or what is going to be easy to sell. My drive to be the healthiest and fittest I can be as a 57 year old woman is powered by what I have learned from Obi and through Obi. He probably knows more about every members' ability than we do ourselves. I can honestly say, if you don't check out this gym, you are doing yourself and your family a huge disservice. You are not allowing yourself the full life (now and later) that Obi's fitness plan gives you. Beyond Obi, you will find a gym filled with amazing men and women, who cheer you on, inspire you, make you laugh, and who push you when you just want to stop. I love this place more than I can ever express.”

“Good 24-hour gym good variety of machines, lacking certain more niche equipment from what I can tell like a, Hammer strength decline machine (Since original post I found the T-Bar) but that doesn't matter too much because there's plenty for every muscle group within the gym.When I was first going it was a little difficult to get in contact with staff physically, although they respond well through text and call.Now physically being at the gym a lot more I see them there pretty much every time, the free water and towels is a good plus, the lack of a big annual fee is really nice compared to other gyms, that naturally ties into the good pricing, it seems like the patrons as well are helpful and considerate so that's a plus as well, I'll probably take some pictures next time I'm there.”
