Amazing service, very easy to work with. Dr Gorman and both ladies in the eyeglass department were very accommodating and helped me select the eyewear that was appropriate.I highly recommend this office!

Was having trouble finding a place that takes insurance. Not only did they take it, but they had affordable glasses packages and were so kind. Truly thankful to have found this place. I would recommend to anyone. Special thanks to Nicole. She was amazing!

We were disillusioned with another vision center in the area and decided to try MyEyeDr, and we are very glad we did. The whole experience was great. Dr. Gorman was thorough with the exam (using up-to-date equipment, which was a nice change), and Dana helped both my wife and I choose glasses that suit us nicely. There was no hard sell and no rush. We have come back for minor adjustments and they were made quickly and correctly. They are a pleasure to work with.

Absolutely incredible customer service - they are not my usual eye doctor, but I happened to end up without my contacts or glasses while nearby. They not only were able to give me a pair of my usual contacts, they did so free of charge. Highly recommend!!!

Had an appointment in August and paid in full when I left. I received a bill for $100 for contact lens fitting. I was told when I was there that the fee waved. I called about the discrepancy and was told that the bill is what it is and that the bill I paid in full when I left was only an estimate. I guess I"m lucky they didn't say I owed $300 or $500 as they are just making stuff up. I'll never go back. I would hope everyone avoids them.

If I could give zero stars I would Michelle was Not knowledgeable and her response to my questions were very vague save your time save your money go somewhere else was a customer for 20+ years but under the new name change I feel as they started selling products that weren’t as high of quality as cortlandt eye care was selling. For comparison I will show how scratched my 8 month old 619$ glasses are compared to my 4+ year old glasses that were sold from cortlandt eye care and NOT my eye doctor.

My experience at MyEyeDr. Cortlandt was great. My exam by Dr. Lonky and Kristina was quick, easy, and professional. They even took pity on me enough to laugh at my terrible jokes. And Michelle and Nicole helped me pick out great glasses frames that fit my face despite my total lack of style and fashion know how. All-in-all it was the most painless and enjoyable eye doctor appointment I've had in many years!

One nose pad broke on my eyeglasses while in Cortlandt. Though I am not a patient, the helpful staff at Cortlandt Eye Care checked my glasses and installed new nose pads. When I inquired about the cost, there was no charge. I was thrilled to be able to continue my day with the repaired eyeglasses thanks to the great help and caring Cortlandt Eye Care.

The doctor was good but the person sending the order into the lab never told my husband he would not get a refund for something he did not really want. He lost $50 in the process. We will not be using their office again.

It was a very pleasant visit. Staff members were welcoming and lovely to talk to. Dr. Gorman was very thorough in getting to know my eye condition and making sure I take care of them correctly. The facility looked and smelled clean. There was also background music to set the mood.This clinic truly pushes the boundary of greatness in all dimensions. They offer a wide variety of frames for all skin tones and facial shapes. I highly recommend this clinic.

We have been patients of Cortlandt Eye Care since 2017 (when we moved to the area). Dr. Gorman, Michael and staff are a great team. I am a health care professional and small business owner, so I feel qualified to give a fair assessment of this establishment. Appointments are on-time, using our VSP insurance there is a breeze, and Dr. Gorman is knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Michael, who runs the dispensary, is patient, and is happy to answer any questions you may have about their glasses. We have purchased glasses from them for multiple years in a row and from what I have seen so far, they stand by their work. I purchased a pair of glasses today that I am excited about, and look forward to picking them up when they're ready. Thank you!

Well, as a long term customer I have never thought I would leave this review. My family has been customers for years and never had issues until the last visit.Due to changing jobs the office did not have my insurance information and they panicked. I have received numerous phone calls which is fine as I understand they need it for their records. Unfortunately being in January I did not have the card yet. Instead of being greeted, this what I was told. " you do not have insurance information so how are you going to pay for this?" Honestly, I was floored, nevermind that my kids were with me and they also had other customers? How rude? Really, hate to be this way but how I pay my bills is none of your business? In addition, being early January my employer also messed up with and the card was not working. I sat there and looked at the receptionists reaction and laughed. The next day I moved my business to a different office. No matter if a customers has an insurance or not customers deserve respect and some billing issues should be discussed more appropriately. Remember, your service is replaceable.
