I just paid $15.00 dollars for the worst car wash I've ever had . Every time I come here it's always good . The soap was barely coming out and only one side got scrubbed it looks like crap . Wtf . Rims are still dirty and soap left on car . Come on .

I came here twice in the last month. The first time was terrible. Because people are entitled to have a bad day, I tried again...
Both tines no matter what option you pay for you get the same wash. I paid for "best" no wax, no armoral, no towel try. I could have done better with my garden hose. I'll never come back here again. Also, the employees are rude and disinterested which is the worst part.

Absolute horrible car wash you pay for the best and you get the worst he owns are the car washes doing the same thing on compound road on route 6 in mahopac I'm not saying this because I'm aggravated which I am what is the truth you pay for the premium and you get the minimum do-it-yourself pay for a premium and you won't get no wax no nothing for your money absolutely garbage ?️

When it’s warm, no problem. When cold the pumps are extremely slow. Pump electronics are outdated and still use the mag stripe on credit cards.

Extremely slow pumps. 4-5 minutes didn't even get a half gallon. Someone else started a pump and it basically stop.

Word of advice, DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL STEAL MONEY FROM YOU!! I stopped in today on my way to work to fill my tank. I prepaid $30. When I went to use the pump, the gas flow would not work. It also remained at all 0s and no gas pumped through what so ever. I asked for help from the man running the register and was told to put the pump back and try again so I did. Again, same issue. This time when I asked for help, he came over and I tried explaining that the pump would not work and that I was unable to get the gas to flow from the pump no matter what I did. Instead of helping me, he informed me that I would have to pay AGAIN for gas since I “already used the pump”. I tried to explain that the pump did not work and that I very clearly was not able to get the gas to flow from the pump into my tank, but again I was met with the same dismissive attitude and was again told I would have to pay again since I already used the pump. I ended up leaving, having paid for gas I did not receive. This is just completely unacceptable and no way to do business. I paid fairly and did not receive what I paid for, and I can’t afford to just pay for it again. In all the years I’ve been putting gas into my tank, I’ve never once experienced anything even close to this. Needless to say, I will never be going back to this gas station again.

The pumps are extremely slow to respond to any input. It takes 20-30 seconds for the screen to update after pressing a button. In essence, the pumps are really outdated. I spent more time waiting for the slow system to respond than it took to pump my gas.

Pumps don’t work. More out of service than in service. Computers are slow and don’t work properly. Doesn’t accept Stop/Shop rewards. Hand written, unsightly notes say not accepting debit or pay inside, yet window attendant says they work. Absolutely horrible.
