Every time when I stop by at that location I feel so comfortable and cozy. The customer service is very pleasant the daycare department so beautiful and so tasty everybody is so friendly I live in the city but twice in a week I stop by over there thanks for everyone!!!

On 1/6 I felt conditions in store unsafe, customers were 10 deep at self check out and at least 5 deep at regular check outs with no space between customers as suggested by COVID restrictions. No assistance from management was told to get on any line. The management should have used the way of one line and called when next checker was available. Customers anxiety was running very high and many were very impolite to each other. also did not notice any cleaning between orders.

Great selection at this Shop Rite. Well stocked produce and deli department. I was shocked that the lines were not too long when I was shopping the Saturday before Labor Day, but I guess it was good timing when I was checking out. The location, across from the Cortlandt Shopping Center, let's you pack in a bunch of errands all in the same place with a Walmart, Home Depot, DSW, Barnes and Noble, and movie theater there.

I have been shopping at this location since it opened. I have found every employee I have approached to be pleasant and professional. Someone does a great job hiring. Yesterday I was in the frozen food department and wanted lemon Outshine bars. There were none in the case. A young man named Manfred was stocking the case and I asked him if he had any on his cart. He looked, said not and then offered to go in the back and look. He went in the back and returned with an apology that there were no more back there but may have some on Thursday. I called the store manager to let him know that this young man (now known as Manny) was a good face for customer service and went above and beyond. He could have just said - if there are none in the case then there are none - but he didn't he made an effort and that is appreciated. Thank you Manny!

THIS IS THE WORST STORE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. MANAGEMENT you need to take a good look at your staff and what you are hiring. Today I was checking out and Chobani 4 pack yogart cups were on sale for $3.50 with a big sign. When I scanned it they came up as $3.99 and not $3.50. I called over the gray haired woman who was working the self checkout today at 1:00pm. She was complaining how she is too old to be doing this stuff and was in a huff when I told her the yogart was on sale and didn't scan correctly. She got in even more of a huff when she had to look in the flyer for me and then told her coworker to go check. The coworker is racing around like a lunatic and came back and told me this is not on sale and there is no sign. I went and got the sign to show them both that the yogart was on sale and the coworker wanted to know where I got the sign from and started arguing with me that there was no sign for the yogart. My conclusion was she was pissed that she had to go check for me and go out of her way all while she was complaining loudly that she wants to go home and didn't take the time to see the sign. I went to Customer Service with the sign and checked out at the Customer Service Desk for the yogart. THESE TWO WOMEN NEED TO BE FIRED unless Shoprite allows its employees to argue with its customers!

Their shop at home and pickup is very well organized. I do pickup and leaving their within 10 minutes.

What can I say it's become a mega store so while it has everything in mass quantities it's so big it's almost too big makes getting around it take time
