Nice store and good customer service. The biggest issue is that there are always people shopping with their dogs. Dogs in shopping carts (that we put our food in) and dogs walking on leashes. It’s gross, it’s against health department laws and it’s very bad for people who have severe allergies to dogs.

Horrible customer service. I called three times asking them to pick up an order on my doorstep I did not place. First call, the woman took my phone number. On the third call, she rudely told me to "just throw the groceries out". She could have called me to let me know OR sent someone to pick them up and return them to the store. Incredible waste!! And we wonder why prices are so high?! Shameful!

sigh… I’ve used this grocery store since 2019 but this will be the last time I will ever be using this grocery store & I’ll take my business elsewhere and here is why⬇️Order… For… Pick UpThe way it works, is that you place your order online, wait at one of the parking bays, text a number to one of their direct lines, You fill out a survey online saying you’re here with name and parking bay number.I place my order 8am Sunday morning for 6:00pm - 6:30pm pick up, I arrive 6:30pm on the dot in bay 5 with my 6 year old daughter, attempt to do the text survey (which I have been doing since the service started up in covid, I have a very busy work schedule, I need a pick up service)No response via the text system after multiple attempts, I call the number for customer service, I get told “You order hasn’t been pulled yet. But will get it right out to you”…. I placed my order at 8am in the morning, how has it not been pulled for 10 hours ahead of time? Yet was assured they would bring it right out to me.Mean while a white car has been in bay 8 way before me waiting, Like I said arrived at 6:30pm… at 6:45pm a new car shows up in bay 2, instantly after they text their GIANT order is carted out to them…… okay?!?… 7:00pm a new car pulls up in bay 3 (mom with two kids) 7:20pm, The mom gets out, complains to the manager and leaves all the while a white delivery service van pulls up taking a bunch of deliveries away…. Guys… I ORDERED MY GROCERIES AT 8AM I ARRIVE AT 6:30PM WAITING AN ENTIRE HOUR FOR MY ORDER.I get a bank notification saying that it was finally processed, so clearly it was forgotten about.I get my groceries… I ordered softener and detergent and surprise surprise THE ENTIRE DETERGENT LIQUID HAS BEEN OPEN AND LEAKED OVER THE ENTIRE BAG…. so essentially, my 8am order was completely forgotten, they rush to grab my order giving me mess to clean up in the process waiting for over an hour with my 6 year old in the car.Let me ask you, Would you A) continue using this service & B) continue giving this place your business? the answer is noThis is offense #4 btw (1st offense they forgot croissants, bananas and apples once in my order, 2nd offense, they gave me the wrong items and when I went to the counter to explain that to them they told me I could go get it myself… so whats the point in using the pick up service? 3rd had a similar text arrival system not working with no explanation… now this)TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE DO NOT GO TO THIS GROCERY STORE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS negative 5⭐️

I enjoy shopping at ShopRite. The employees and managers are helpful and kind. The supermarket is always clean and in order.One thing though, why don't you sell the Banquet Hot & Spicy Sausages? They are absolutely delicious and you have the market in which this would sell.I wish you continued success.Respectfully, Nydia D. Pérez

They always have good sales on fruits, produce, meats and more. Shoprite has better prices foodwise on fresh produce and refrigerated/frozen items.

As someone who used to reside in Peekskill, I am very disappointed in the people that are working at this ShopRite. There was truthfully, too much going on at this store. Unfortunately, I was taken care of by one of the most nastiest, most disrespectful workers I’ve ever encountered in any ShopRite I have ever experienced in my 25 years of living.She neglected my father the whole time she was taking care of him and didn’t even care to scan his ShopRite keychain.She’s began laughing with another ShopRite associate, because my father felt disrespected and didn’t want to take the receipt from her hand.As someone who is used to the residence of Florida, I tried to assess the situation the best I can, but immediately I felt shut down and disrespected as well. The reaction I had was to immediately and leave before anything escalated.I think I did the associate who took care of my father a favor by not taking it step further like I really could as a paying customer.Management should be more worried about the people managing their service lines and also the piles of garbage filling up next to customer services.This woman was working either register 2,3 or 4 at around 5pm on February 24, 2023.I am glad I am only a visitor and not a resident because the ShopRite wouldn’t want to see my face again.

My family uses the local pick up service, In the beginning this service was great but recently twice now within the past month when arriving for my pick up order, I drive home and have the same missing items of Bananas, Apples and Croissant… twice now… the exact same items.I called for help 01/02/2023 and was talking to a lady called Ashley but I was informed the pick up department closes at 8pm and I would have to come back to the store tomorrow with nothing else they could do… no one in the main store was willing to help locate the potential forgotten bag in the pick up location to confirm its ready for me if I come back another time or not which I think is pretty lazy, I was told just to come back tomorrow. (The first time the bag was just accidentally forgotten and was dealt with better)I will be heading in 01/03/2023 the get my items but also a refund for the item’s forgotten about for the inconvenience it’s caused me and will update this review depending on the outcome. (1 ⭐️ as on 01/02/2023 bumped up to a 3 ⭐️ on 01/03/2023)Went to customer service at 01/03/2023 9:00am explained the situation (the customer service lady had a long line but she dealt with all the customers extremely well, in my case she said I could collect the items bring them to the counter and she would sticker them as paid and good after showing her my online pick up order. I do feel like I was warranted either a refund of those three items for the trouble or some sort or discount however.I really like using this pick up service because my life schedule is extremely busy, unfortunate this has happened twice and my first experience over the phone was better than the second time around which wasn’t great but it was corrected appropriately to a degree which I much appreciate.
