I spent a week taking lessons at Sky Blue Stables as an adult beginner who loves learning about horses, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The barn was buzzing with the energy of a kids’ camp that week, and it truly felt like a big family. I loved watching the little ones look out for each other—and even for me—sharing tips and teaching me the ropes. It’s clear they’re helping raise strong, independent kids here!
Stef was an incredible teacher. She struck the perfect balance of keeping me safe while challenging me, and I learned so much under her guidance. A special shoutout to my buddy Dave, the kindest gentleman who took me under his wing in the early mornings, taught me the basics, and introduced me to my favorite goats.
I had the time of my life at Sky Blue Stables and felt so welcomed by this amazing “family.” I’ll treasure the memories—and the confidence I gained—forever!

My girl scout troop had such a great time here. The staff were very informative and great with our girls. They took the time to answer all the girls' questions. They kept their attention engaged with their knowledge in explaining the types of horses, the handling, and care of all the horses. Allowed the girls to participate and experience grooming the horses. Wonderful training and explanation of riding safety. Very patient and attentive while our girl scouts were riding. Overall experience was wonderful. Highly recommend Sky Blue Stables to everyone.

Extraordinary people operate this teaching farm. So good with all ages and skills of riders. Many beautiful and expertly cared for and trained horses for every rider.

We've enrolled our kids in summer camp here a number of years and highly recommend it! It is such a great experience for the kids - caring for the horses, riding, doing crafts. It is a welcoming and fun environment for the kids, and you can tell that Stefanie (the owner) loves and takes pride in what she does. The compassion for animals, and how it positively impacts both the kids and animals, is truly special.

Stopped by for an unscheduled pony ride for my 4 and horse obsessed 2 year old. The staffg and horses were very friendly. We hope to be back in a few years when they are old enough for lessons.

This was a beautiful stable but greedy owner will now put up an 140 ft cell phone tower to destroy nature, spread radiation and EMF pollution throughout the entire neighborhood. Do not put your horse here or let your child ride.

Beyond amazing! They care so much about everyone who walks through their doors. Great place to foster a love of horses. Just had a birthday party here for a toddler and they made it so easy. Above all they are fair and affordable on price making horse riding a possibility even in this tough economy. Thank you so much.

Family run stable you can't find a nicer place . They treat everyone like family and very knowledgeable in horses . Nice and attentive to your horses needs, stalls are clean . Atmosphere is great .

They have beautiful trails that connect to their property that go on for hundreds of acres. Furthermore, the staff are true horse people. I don't board there, but when my mare got scared to load back on the trailer after tripping on the ramp, they took a lot of time out of their day to help. They did NOT have to do that. I appreciate their help and will be sending gift cards

We took my two year old to ride and it was lovely! We were able to walk alongside her as the staff led the pony. You pay per lap around.
