“I had a terrific experience with UHaul at Milrent, Inc. When I first stopped by Caz was very helpful to me in narrowing down my options and what my move might require. In the days that followed and on the day I picked up my truck, Melissa was incredibly helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location to any friend when they need UHaul trucks. Thanks.”

“The guys at Spazz Automotive saved the day! We had a reservation to rent a U-haul from Get It & Go at the Cortlandt Town Center. I had confirmed with the person at GI&G that we would arrive between noon and 2pm to pick up the truck, and he assured me that was fine. I arrived at 1pm and the business was closed. I called the guy on his phone and he said he was in White Plains so he couldn't help us. He didn't even utter the word "sorry." He sounded annoyed and said I should get the U-haul app. Ugh! I was a bit desperate, since the whole day had been planned and coordinated with other people, some at home to take care of my pets, and others at the moving site who were depending on my help.I called several other places and the only one who answered the phone and had a van available was Spazz. The guy there was pleasant and helpful, the van was clean and in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a dependable company to deal with. (Even though the name of the company is a bit regrettable, but also, I must admit, memorable.)”

“I had rented a total of 3 Uboxes in a 3 month span. I had picked up the boxes myself, packed them and returned for storage until we were ready to have them shipped. Great experience both easy and convenient. Boxes were then shipped together to me in Florida. An excellent alternative to moving your belongings.”

“Smooth experience. Truck was ready to go when I arrived. The interior was amazingly clean , and so was the box. I would use them again if I needed a truck. A month later they charged me for tolls that I paid for on my own ezpass. Even after I provided proof, they still charged me”

“Highly recommend this business for all your rental needs. Joe went above and beyond to get me a car carrier. Started over an hour after closing and lent me his personal ball hitch. That’s what customer service and company dedication to image looks like. Such a good guy, thank you thank you thank you.”
