“These guys are everything you're hoping for and more. Honestly wish I could give them a 6th star. Our engine overheated on I90 on our way to Vermont from Ohio. I called probably 10 shops and Grainy's was the first one to pick up the phone. Jenna was great, she gave me the number for a tow service run by a guy named Eric (which was also awesome and reasonably priced). Grainy's got us in immediately (like off the tow truck and into a bay), and within 5 minutes were able to show me the hose that had blown. When they were told the necessary part wouldn't be available until the following day, Jack, who I'm pretty sure owns the shop, went and picked it up himself. Everyone went out of their way to get us back on the road. The price was also super reasonable. Cannot overstate how grateful I am we ended up at Grainy's. They turned something that could have ruined our trip and turned it into a minor speed bump. Thank you guys!”

“I deleted my original review because I came to realize that I was pissed at this shop for something they did not cause. Only four stars because I still believe that I got a lengthy run around due to the lack of care and professionalism of the woman who does the appointments and parts ordering (long story). She wasted a lot of my time. However, the mechanic did good work, although I probably asked for something I did not need. (Muffler - My husband was recliner coaching...) He also gave me a 'free-pass' inspection, which I should not have passed, I came to find out. I thought this was sketchy, at first, but I realize now that he probably guessed what it was and thought he could save me the cost of an expensive repair for a while (exhaust leak, O2 sensor going off, gaskets, etc. - lots of labor) One year later, it turned up at another shop. So, I like the mechanic, Amy (if memory serves) should retire.”

“I have been a customer of Ken's for close to 20 years which in and of itself says alot about their quality. They have always been very accommodating in their sales and more importantly in their service. Recently I had my zero turn mower in for regular service which was completed in a timely fashion but it also runs as good or better than when it was brand new.
