They were able to complete the repairs immediately so we didn't have to come back which I appreciated.Nice clean, comfortable waiting area, with a refreshment area with coffee, fruit and popcorn. Shelby, the "dealership dog" lavished the patrons with plenty of kisses and showed great interest in my breakfast takeout container.We buy our cars here, and trust Upstate Chevy for all our car care.”
“I'm visiting from out of state and punctured my tire on my 2022 Pacifica. They got me in the same day w a 1pm appoint. Showed up at 1 to the nicest crew I've ever experienced at a dealer. They got me right in. Waiting in a nice clean waiting room. And got me out quick. Patched my tire. Filled my washer fluid. And offered an oil change. Excellent service. Excellent crew. 10/10.”

“We went to look at a used Jeep at Upstate in Attica, ny. What a great place to go. Mike Johnson helped us with all the info and paperwork. 5 stars for Mike!
We have to say that the people that work there all get a 5 star. Picking up the Jeep and the person that helped to get all the paperwork done was great. The guy at the front desk, pretty young lady that got us coffee and the manager all are very nice. Would say it was a longer drive than other dealers, but we are very happy that we took that drive!!!!! 😀 Ray and Donna”
