The internet service provided has always been some of the fastest in the region. When I had to cancel my service to move, the process took less than a minute to complete. Pitifully slow internet, I imagine it's likely powered by hamsters running in wheels or something else that's archaic and makes no sense. I can't wait until better internet options become available in rural areas and people like this get run out of business.

Wifi works great fiber optics is no joke, but the customer service is hit or miss… had some issues the first day they came out and it took a couple days to resolve but the maintenance team were always out in a timely manner
