“This IS the auto repair shop to go to, whatever the issue is. The whole crew is awesome! I called at 1030a.m. my rear passenger tire was losing air at 1lb per hour. As I drive Amazon Flex Delivery, downtime with my car is not good. I scheduled an appointment for 1pm and in less within 15 minutes I was paying my bill. I had run over a sheet metal screw about an inch long.
What I thought may have been possibly more $$ and more time was quite the opposite. I spent less than what a large pizza costs!
Knowing that I'll need to get new brakes by summer's end, I'm definitely going here. This is place to know you and your car will be treated properly and like family.

“First and foremost I would like to share that my vehicle was taken to the dealer three times and they were unable to Dx the issue with my vehicle.
Bill and his team were professional, kind and patient. They diagnosed the issue as a water pump and my driving shaft. The car was previously serviced in November at the dealership and they told me the sound was exterior. The vehicle was making a whistling sound at 78,000 miles.
Bill and his team take their business and professional seriously they know their skill and they get the job done. They make sure when you leave that your vehicle is safe and reliable. “These guys are everything you're hoping for and more. Honestly wish I could give them a 6th star. Our engine overheated on I90 on our way to Vermont from Ohio. I called probably 10 shops and Grainy's was the first one to pick up the phone. Jenna was great, she gave me the number for a tow service run by a guy named Eric (which was also awesome and reasonably priced). Grainy's got us in immediately (like off the tow truck and into a bay), and within 5 minutes were able to show me the hose that had blown. When they were told the necessary part wouldn't be available until the following day, Jack, who I'm pretty sure owns the shop, went and picked it up himself. Everyone went out of their way to get us back on the road. The price was also super reasonable. Cannot overstate how grateful I am we ended up at Grainy's. They turned something that could have ruined our trip and turned it into a minor speed bump. Thank you guys!”
