Croghan Candy Kitchen is a small shop offering amazing homemade, hand-crafted chocolate. There is a large variety and impressive selection of chocolates crammed into the spot, including chocolate covered graham crackers, chocolate coconut haystacks, beaver tails, cremes, and what some call the best chocolate covered toffee in the world. The staff and cashier are very friendly. Visitors can watch the chocolate being made in the shop. It is a cash-only business. The prices are considered fair and irresistible for the delicious, high-quality treats, making it a favorite go-to candy shop for many.

While my son was in upstate New York, we would make sure to drive an hiur each way just to stock up on a variety of chocolate goodies. Our favorite was the chocolate covered graham crackers.
