Sterling Valley Maple is a family-owned maple syrup producer in Croghan, NY, striving to produce high quality, great tasting Pure NYS Maple Syrup. It is certified organic and considered New York’s finest, with incredible flavors and an absolute best taste that surpasses even local producers elsewhere. The owners are high integrity, detail oriented, and provide great customer service, thoughtfully ensuring product safety for specific needs. Their syrup is delicious, wonderful, and packaged in glass. Customers highly suggest the subscription, which offers savings compared to other stores, and many order several gallons to stock up. During the maple season, the public is invited to visit and see the production process.
I've visited this stand at the Rochester Public market and I've tried their amber, dark, bourbon, and most recently the vanilla infused. So tasty! The vanilla is my favorite in my coffee, but all their maple syrups are great with our pancakes. Very happy customer!

I love this syrup! It is packaged in glass and tastes wonderful! I have been on automatic order for over a year now because we use a lot of syrup.
