Convenient location and a clean, orderly, attractive appearance but the sales person I dealt with over the phone and in person was poorly trained or careless. After checking the website for the product I needed, a veterinary gel liniment, and being informed it was in stock, I drove eighteen miles to make the purchase. Upon returning home I discovered I was given the wrong product. I called back to report this error the following day and spoke with a different sales clerk who said that store did not stock gel liniment. I had to drive back to return the opened container to effect a refund. Nearly two hours driving due to a careless clerk.

Great local shop with all the quality goods you need for you and your horse. This store has recently gone through a positive transformation with the guidance of a new highly qualified manager. Definitely worth stopping in to see what's new!

The Cross River location hired a new manager a few months ago and the transformation it has gone though is unbelievable. The staffing has been upgraded and retrained as to how to deal with clients, the inventory is new and fresh, it’s a even been repainted to go along with this new manager’s competence and style. I was pleasantly surprised and purchased several items for my granddaughter. I will definitely go back to see what other new items show up before the holidays.

I left a saddle on consignment to be sold back in 2019. I have checked on the status multiple times thru phone calls and emails and always receive a promise that someone will look into this and get back to me and then I hear nothing. This has been going on for over a year. I gave a lot of latitude due to COVID but have lost patience. I don't know if this is just pure mismanagement or unethical business dealings but neither option reflects well on this business. Will not do business again with them.

I returned a pair of tall boots in return I had gotten a gift card for the return because I was told I could only get store credit. I went to use the gift card and they are now telling me they don’t except gift cards. They stole my money. Don’t buy here and if you do make sure you don’t get gift cards!State law even says that if there is no expiration date on the card it is still valid.

READ BEFORE SHOPPING HERE! I signed a contract in January 2020 to consign my saddle here and was told in August that it still had not sold when I called to check in. I called again the first week of October and was told by the sales associate that the saddle had actually sold back in February. I then spoke with the owner who was incredibly unkind but said that I would receive a check in the mail within two weeks. I understand COVID has been difficult for businesses, but they were paid cash for my product and were still entitled to a portion. When I still had not received anything by the first week in November, I called again and the sales associate said that the check had likely already been sent but she would have the owner call me. It is now 11/15 - the owner has not called me and when I call the store, they do not answer my cell number. This situation has been very frustrating and upsetting since this is a store I used to be a very loyal customer at.

I contacted customer service multiple times without getting a reply over my saddle being oiled. When I purchased the saddle I was told I could bring my saddle in to be oiled for free for the life of the saddle. To my surprise the last time I brought my saddle they charged me $90 to have it oiled. $90 is absurd for this type of service.

I went here to have a leather item repaired and the ladies at the front counter were so friendly and easy to deal with. It was a pleasure dealing with them.
