“I dont usually go out and buy beer or liquor so im like a novice. I was looking to pick up some special beer for a friend.
I went in here people were friendly and helpful. I asked about the beer and asked if there was something similar or better. They explained it all to me.
Then I decided to pick up some sake as a gift. Not many places know their sake but these guys were able to answer my questions and even rather than juat pointing where it was they walked down and showed me and looked at a few. This is customer service like you dont find anywhere.

They often host Friday tastings, whether it’s wine or something else fun, and occasionally feature live music like piano performances, which just adds to the charm. Honestly the vibe here is unmatched, and I genuinely look forward to stopping by, whether it’s at the end of a long week or just to brighten my day. You come for a quick stop but stay for the hospitality and abundant wine selection! I’ll be coming back for the tastings too.”

“Folkways is Spectacular! Been shopping there since they opened. They are all highly customer focused, and incredibly knowledgeable. They carry interesting wines and spirits, things that are very hard to find elsewhere. ( And if they don't have it they'll get it for you.) I've been doing the farm CSA and the wine one too, and it's been a real good experience and something cool that they've organized. This is great place.”
