“I’ve been going to Auto Clinic for so many years, and they’ve truly become like family. They’re always welcoming, honest, and go above and beyond to take care of me and my car. I never have to worry when I bring my car in. I know they’ll do what’s right and treat me and my car with respect. It’s rare to find a place that combines skill, honesty, and heart the way they do. I’m so thankful for their care, their kindness, and the trust they’ve built over the years! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!”

“Car's push-start starter wouldn't work at 12am on a Sunday and -0° temperatures. Myself and some others tried everything for the next few hours to get it to turnover; nothing. I think tech's name was Daniel who showed up, he got the car running in like a minute of arriving saving me a massive headache from having to have the car towed in below freezing temps at 4am. Thank you.”

“I’ve had really positive experiences here. Diane and the staff has been very accommodating, fitting me in last minute for oil changes and even helping me out with a DMV emissions test when I needed it. They’re friendly, quick, and make the whole process feel easy. It’s nice to see a family run business. It’s great to have a place that’s willing to help and keeps things running smoothly.”

“These guys are by far the easiest Establishment to do business with. I walked in asking the young lady that works at the front desk for help because I needed to print some documents out for my vehicle to be released from The shop next-door, which is preferred auto that works with the state police on impounding and towing vehicles for them. I greeted the young lady and asked for help, and she immediately helped me out with no questions asked, I told her my situation about what is happening next-door She did not hesitate to assist me in what I needed to get done. Don was also amazing. He listened to my situation and help me try to get out of my situation as smoothly And as easy as possible and we’re able to get my vehicle out of the holding lot within three minutes. Alex, the driver showed up promptly and got to work and picked up my vehicle and we got out of there in no time.you will not be disappointed with this established give them a call they are there to help you even if it’s for the smallest thing.”

“I went to have a CARSO inspection for my newly purchased CPO car. I won’t get into the waste of time that it is for a CPO car- that’s a silky insurance issue. BUT I will talk about the friendly and efficient service at BSC. I called this morning when I learned I needed this inspection (turns out I was overdue) and they got me in within 45 minutes. Everyone was super friendly and very efficient. The process took 20 minutes and they emailed the results to my insurance company. The place was clean and the minimart, although small had a good selection of sundries. From what I saw it seems they have Full service.”

“Excellent service all around. Very reliable. Pleasant to work with. Got the job done while making it easy. Naturally AAA is predictably bullet proof. Feel silly I called Volvo Roadside first. They assigned a tow to me who after one text went crickets, as in no show. Kind of a bummer when you believe they are going to show and simply don't. Not Armonk garage. They were parking as I arrived. In no time car was secured on flatbed and off! Your driver was great and I will remember AAA and Armonk Garage in the future as needs arise!”

A very satisfied customer indeed........thank you!”

“My 2025 SUV MB Rental had a glitch and locked me out of the vehicle with the key on the seat. Enterprise kept trying to send companies through roadside assistance to open the door. NOONE wanted to come out and open my door. They were willing to tow my car to LGA with my personal items but not open my door. I called Lil Pete's on my own 8 hours later, since none of the Enterprise vendors were willing to come out. They sent someone out within a half hour. AJ was a complete angel. He opened my door in 5 minutes. He was such a sweetheart and a complete professional. The price was more than fair. Exactly what I needed after such a terrible day.”

“Excellent service and work quality. After Mavis White Plains screwed up the balancing while buying brand new tires, Bedford Shell was there to the rescue. I called last minute and spoke to a kind and professional technician who told me to bring the car right away. He balanced the tires and eliminated the safety threat. I want to thank him for his quality work and professionalism.”
