“I started going to this branch when I discovered it was closer to my job than the one near my home. I quickly found it to be much more welcoming and received faster service as well. All the ladies there are super sweet and helpful (the young men as well but I typically converse and make small talk w the women) they're always happy and don't look like they hate their jobs like a lot of other branches. Today I was making my weekly deposit when I was told, much to my surprise, my account had been overdrawn. It appeared a take out order was pending before I had transferred all my funds and that's what caused the overdraft. The 35$ fee was not something I anticipated and I was VERY frustrated to learn I was paying for a stupid mistake. When I left the manager said his usual " thank you have a good weekend " due to my frustration I mumbled yea thanks... Rather sarcastically. I was visibly upset although it was no ones fault. A few minutes after my departure I received a call from the manager stating that he was made aware of the situation w my account and due to my account being usually in good standing he took care of the fee as a one time courtesy ! I was planning on calling Wells Fargo customer service to see if I could get that done myself but the fact that they took it upon themselves to save me that hassle and the 35$ fee without asking just really made my day! I'm so thankful to them and their continued professionalism and dedication to providing exceptional customer service . They went above and beyond for me I will refer friends and family to this branch! Thanks again guys !!”

“Not a bad establishment for "quick stop" conveniences for cards, gifts, and other "good junk" to make your basket surprisingly total over $50! The store is brigHtly lit, isles are clearly marked with signage, and the store I found it to be clean. I will be returning in the near future as there's always something to be needed and/or forgotten to be purchased elsewhere. The ONLY drawback that I witnessed was for a Sunday late morning - afternoon, the line was forming quickly with a minimum of 10 customers. It was only then that they assigned another casshier to the front register. For a brief moment, the credit card system went "down" - can happen to any store. This latest under 15 minutes.”

“I called to ask if they could change the oil in my car. To my surprise, they said come right in. I thought, will they have the oil filter? They did!!! I was there in 10 minutes. They pulled my car right in. Another surprise, they could balance my tires, so they got me all done in one hour. Really awesome. The new owner, Jason, is all about taking care of the customer. Try them, you won't be disappointed!!!”

“I can't say enough nice things about this bank. FIrst of all they pay a very good interest rate and their interface is very easy to use. During the fires in Lahaina Hawaii they deposited around 2K into my account to help either myself of those in need who were victims of the fire. When has any bank actually given you money? This is such an amazing act by a bank to help those in need.”

I worked in a bank for 7 years and the importance of good customer service was drilled into our heads. It really irks me when I do not receive it, esp at a bank. Be nice to your customers, smile, ask them how they are, then ask them if there is anything else you can help them with, then thank them and tell them to have a great day! “I'm not sure what issues the other reviews have with his bank but I could just tell you that everyone has always been nice and customer service is excellent and I'm always in and out of there very quickly and there's never really a line and you never have to wait. Marlon is very smart and efficient and Adele is so friendly and they make you feel like you're part of the family. “Great branch! Went here for a loan, not as a wells fargo bank member and their team was sooooo nice and helpful. Applied online and made an appointment at this location and our represenative, Nagat was sooo kind and helpful. My girlfriend uses WFB for a savings account which is why we had decided to get a loan thru them and what a great experience that was. The whole staff was super nice and friendly. Nagat had asked us if we needed anything else to give her a call and gave us her card. We realized upon driving away that we needed to get something notorised the next day. Called Nagat and turns out she was the notary! Went back in the next day and was in an out in 10 minutes no more. I will definitely be back to give not just Wells Fargo my business at some point in the future, but specifically this staff considering how nice they treated people that were not even banking/branch members here!”
