“My job had my car towed from their parking lot due to some kind of construction. This was several months ago. I was not there when it happened and I wasn’t coming back for the next 10 days. This company was called to tow and store my car until i get back. Luposello’s had every right to charge me the full storage fees however after listening to my unfortunate circumstances, they were very sympathetic and worked with me. Obviously they are a very honest and hardworking shop. The owner showed empathy and tried to do right by me. This was all taken care of on the phone and I was able to enjoy my overseas vacation without worrying about what may happen when i got back.
