My 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland has had more tows to the dealership, then any of my cars combined! This is trip 6 today! The Jeep will not start. The service department continues to not be able to solve the problem. It's frustrating how unreliable this vehicle has been in less than 12 months.

Stellar service. Great, family oriented people who take their time to understand your needs and make sure to get everything right. ***Addendum to my initial review ***I recently had a horrible experience buying a used car (see my review of MIYAN MOTORS). Early in the transaction, I brought the vehicle in question to CAP so they could confirm that I had a head gasket problem (a very costly repair).Nancy and Lisveth were beside themselves that a dealer would treat a customer so poorly and proceeded to treat me with kindness, courtesy, and professionalism. When I say that they went above and beyond in their efforts to help me and soften the blow from this horrible experience. I am understating how good they were to me.In the end, they waved all charges and wished me well for a positive outcome.These 2 women and the service department at CAP should be an example of customer service for all dealerships. They were the silver lining in a terrible situation. I can't thank them enough.Original post...Love the service department. Keep my Durango churning!

I have to say I truly feel like family coming into the dealership. Carl in sales Is absolutely amazing not only was he extremely comforting and friendly he was extremely helpful when it came down to anything. Vinny from finance was absolutely amazing as well! He fought to get the best deals and pushed to get it done. I thank the Croton Jeep family for welcoming me aboard.

The Croton Jeep service department is one of the best places I have brought my car. The honest service, friendly people, make it very comfortable knowing they don’t rip you off. Have three Jeep’s in our family and my kids travel from Stamford just to get their car serviced here. And the always friendly Nancy who makes your service appointments is the best!

If you didn’t buy or lease you vehicle from them they won’t service it. They “aren’t taking any new customers for service unless the vehicle was purchased from them.” I’m glad that I called them before the tow truck left to bring it to them. I was only a couple miles away from them when my 2022 Wrangler broke down.

After leasing 6 cars from Croton Auto Park, having now one Jeep Wrangler 4e 2022 and a 2019 Cherokee Trail Hawk 2019. It was time to trade in the Cherokee. I was given four different prices on the new car every time they came with a higher months payment plus another $2,000.00 dollars on top of the trade in. I was so disgusted with the back and forth with the nonsense from the sales manager I ended up just buying the car from Chrysler leasing. For four days they just kept telling me a mistake was done on the price and wanted higher monthly payment. The service department and parts department is just as bad. Needed a new key fob for the Wrangler they said it was $500.00 dollars and take 6 months. I went to Bedford Jeep the key cost $230.00 and took three week. Guess what dealer I'am going to next time I lease the other Jeep. I even wrote a letter to the owner of Croton Auto Park and he never responded, so this tells you how much they really care about customers.

Awesome guys!! Very smiling and responsive. Bought a dealer certified 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. When I was driving my car, I felt that I did not have enough air. When I got home, I pulled out the cabin air filter. Thanks to the tech team! You have left me a wonderful reminder of the car's previous owners, now I own a small piece of wealth straight from Florida where the car was before coming to New York. Magic bubbles on the hood when buying?! You said nonsense when I bought the car, we will fix it in three days, you just have to come to our service! I came back two weeks later to fix the broken leather on the steering wheel of the car and the broken speaker in the driver's door in one. It's been 4 days. The leather on the steering wheel was somehow glued, the speaker still wheezes. Another month passed (bubbles on the hood, of course, no one did). The start-stop system failed. Came back to these great guys! Great job! The faulty battery was replaced very quickly. But apparently they really did not want to part with me, so for one they broke the climate control in the car. And how responsible people offered to give me a ride to the train station so I could go home and pick up the car sometime when they could fix it. While I'm sitting here, the technicians promised to find the cause of the breakdown. I love these guys!

Had the best experience I’ve ever had by far at any dealer, at this dealership! I must commend ToniAnn in the office for her support, kindness, and patience through a pickle we had to overcome before getting my new vehicle! She was on top of it and so friendly! I am so grateful for her consistency and help! I’ve never had such a positive experience with someone in that type of environment! Also, Chris in finance, and Paul my salesman, were GREAT as well! Such a friendly, welcoming, and confident dealership. As a young woman, I am so pleased and happy I made the switch to them from my previous dealer! They made the process worth it and I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much guys!!!

My experience has been a bunch of lies and decit on the behave of crofton auto park, I'm at total disbelief as to how these dealerships are allowed to sale these vehicles. Chrysler is a reputable company that I'm sure takes pride in their vehicles I don't want to have to bring legal actions against Chrysler but if I have to I will.Crofton auto park is a dealer of Chryslers products that have decieved us, caused us a lot of pain, discomfort and money. Had to take the truck for service to find out the truth about the truck since it was never service by Croton Auto Park and it had over 5 codes that would not pass inspection. This is what I found out
