I received excelling customer service from Caleb and Natalie and A-li
I was instructed when I picked up the car of all the bells and whistles and was able to turn off the automatic shut off feature of the engine when idling.

I’m so disappointed in how the service, responsiveness and care at this location has went totally downhill. They are always understaffed, running behind, short on inventory and when they do get car - it’s smoky and unclean. Since moving to the area I rent cars for business road trips almost monthly, and I now have to find a new location. While initially convenient being right outside our neighborhood, it’s becoming taxing in so many other areas that I can no longer afford to give them my business. Even when they come to pick you up or take you home the guy drives fast and aggressively like a bat straight out of a cave. So unsafe. I’m over all of it… if you can, go somewhere else.

I've rented cars with Enterprise numerous times over the years and have been satisfied with the experience. Often I use Enterprise in Croton on Hudson, NY. About a week ago I rented a vehicle that presented some challenge. Darrel , the employee was responsive and professional in working with me to deal with the problem. If it weren't for his professionalism and understanding I would have hesitated to use Enterprise again-Thanks to Darrel, I would not hesitate!
