“We love Pets Place II. Every time we visit the staff is so helpful and informative. We appreciate their support when we need help troubleshooting. The plants and fish we have bought there thrive. Plus the kids love looking at all the fish and pets in stock. Thank you Omar!”

“This place is so much better than any of those box store pet places! Great selection of high-quality dog and cat products and a staff that's second to none!”
“Great local pet store! Their prices are always fair and the service always great. The prices on dog toys actually often are cheaper than the bigger pet stores. I do wish that after what feels like decades, that they would fix the automatic opening doors of their store and allow for more seamless entrance and exit from the premises. Aside from that, a happy long time customer.”
“Go here! The owner, Z, is very knowledgable and friendly. It is clear from the way he wanted to understand my needs and desires for my aquarium before giving advice that he cares about the quality of life of both pet and pet owner. I own a small tank, so cleaning it is relatively easy; but if and when I get a larger tank, I would definitely seek out the aquarium service because of the care and knowledge Z brings to his clients and business.”
“This is a nice local store. They seem to try to do an awful lot with their space, products, etc. They are always happy to chat through questions about dog food and such. They are also good about tracking frequent buyer discounts from brands..”

“Petsmart in Nanuet ny, is the worse store to shop at. The assistant manager is not a nice man, the shelves are always bare.
Recently spoke to the store Mgr and she was also rude. I work in retail and you should not be rude to people.
I will be shopping at the Monroe ny petsmart where they know how to treat people.”
“Cute and small, a bit crowded (stuff wise) but good for browsing in under an hour or less, and has all the usual things you'd find in a thrift store. They're a non-profit with proceeds going to take care of animals in need. Other than the usual donations they also usually accept pet related things like cat carriers and beds because they help rescue cats. When our cat passed away they were happy to receive these items. Lady who works there is nice.”
“Easy online ordering and pay with full description of items. Finally I don't have to drive to Newburgh or NYC.They carry live and frozen rodents. They also have curbside service . I highly recommend.”
“I love this pet store in Mohegan Lake. Every time I go in there are very nice and they helped me. There was a girl there that recently helped me get my hamster. I absolutely I’m overwhelmed with Appreciation being that I didn’t really know too much about hamsters She was very kind to me and helped me out. I got everything the cage everything. I named her Moka Chino. (I’m an animal lover, !) every time I go in there, I’m always treated with respect sometimes I have to find someone but when I do, they are welcoming and very nice . To the last lady that helped me get my hamster thank you so much. You were very kind and my hamster is a great part of the family.??”

“I was greeted by the store owner (what an amazing woman). Thanks to her knowledge and love for animals I found out that my Shichon pup is supper sensitive to chicken. I purchased lamb kibble and for the first time in 4 years my puppy didn’t wake me up to give her water or to throw up ?. Thank you!!”
“Years ago we purchased an awesome "Puggle" puppy from Doug. Our dog brought our family 16 years of enjoyment and happiness. That speaks volumes for how healthy she was throughout her life of 16 years.Doug always takes the time to share his expert advise with our family. Doug's team is amazing and always helpful when we need anything. We have a new dog now and continue to purchase services and products from Pet Palace.I would highly recommend Doug and his team.VinnieRoyal Kitchens & BathsNew City”

“One of our cats is not eating and we're trying to not give him chicken. We were having a really hard time finding foods that he'd eat, but this place has an incredible range of foods and brands I haven't seen carried anywhere else. If you have a picky cat, definitely check this place out.”
