“I am new to the area and needed a routine oil change on my car. After reading the reviews I decided to go with village auto, and I can confidently say that all of the positive reviews are absolutely true. I called expecting to be scheduled out but Art got me in the next day. He was professional, kind, and walked me through any questions I had with a genuine care that I understood what was going on with my car. The prices were also extremely reasonable, and far less than I had experienced in the past especially with a full synthetic oil engine. I couldn’t recommend village auto more, I will be back!!”

“What a godsend! Our radiator blew on the NYS Northway after a deer strike, and Leroy Towing was the only one we could find for a flatbed-tow. He had us leave key in car and that he would handle the tow, as we made other plans to get back to NJ. Temps were WELL BELOW ZERO, yet he handled everything, and checked back in with us on Sunday morning. He will be handling another 2-hour tow to the body shop for repairs. Incredibly reliable , and worth whatever the charge is going to be.”

“John has repaired four of our family cars over the last two years. His skills as a mechanic are second to none! We pass NY inspections w/ flying colors thanks to his expertise! He's extremely fair on price & estimates. When our cars require more work than anticipated, John adjusts. I wouldn't go anywhere else!”

“We cannot thank John at QA Car enough! We came up to Lake George on a camping trip and on our last day getting ready to head back home our brakes went! No signs prior to this did we hear anything to worry about. We found QA and he was not only able to squeeze us in the same day but we received the car back within a few hours with brand new front brakes and rotors. John, thank you once again! We truly appreciate it! If you’re in the Lake George area and are in need of a mechanic we highly recommend QA Car. They did a fantastic job!”

“We were visiting the Bridport area for the week and ran into some car trouble. We are not from the area and had no idea which mechanic to call. We found J & J and decided based on the google reviews that they were the best option in the area. Boy were we right! Jon and Dan were excellent. They fixed the problem quickly, were very reasonable on price and were just nice people. Wish I could use J & J as my mechanic in the city! 10/10 experience, would recommend for anyone in the area.”

“These guys were awesome. If I had to describe my experience, it was like going back in time old school handshake customer service I have bought purchased my machines from many places and I’ve never been given anything but a contract. These guys hooked me up with a cork of oil cleaning supply for the machine and gas stabilizer. Shook my hand with a smile. I will definitely come back up here again.”

“We were on vacation in July and had a car issue with my 1998 Subaru Outback. Even though they were booked through the next week, Bain's Sunoco offered to take a look at my problem. They were able to provide peace of mind and let me know that my car was safe to drive home back to NJ. Thank you!”
