My MIL used to give us a Cuba Cheese baskey every Christmas. The sharp and extra sharp cheddars were so deliciously sharp, we would finish the whole thing off in very little time. With that in mind, I bought my daughter and her fiance a gift basket this Christmas with a mixture of sharp and extra sharp cheddars. When I asked how it was I was told it was "ok." I just had my first taste of some sharp white cheddar and "ok" is the perfect descriptor. I'm so bummed! I was so excited to share the beauty of Cuba Cheese with my daughter and her family and, as it turns out, I could have gotten better cheeses for a fraction of the price at Wegmans
