Place was so cluttered it felt more like a hoarders house than a store. Couldn’t find an employee for five minutes, thought maybe they’d gotten buried by an avalanche of boxes. No public bathroom, and the store was filthy as well as cluttered.

Store was messy but he staff was great. Got some clearance items at a great price and they always seem to have my dogfood. The Olean location near biglots is absolutely awful ? ? the worst establishment I've ever been to. I'd rather shop at St Vincent!
