I have personally adopted 3 dogs from Joyful Rescues. Also my daughter has adopted one as well. They do a thorough job with the application process but for good reasons.
I highly recommend this rescue.

We adopted our dog here a couple years ago, and they were great. They were pretty thorough in the application process as others have noted, but we appreciated that. Ruby’s been a fantastic dog and she’s still doing well several years later :)

Nothing but the most compassionate and caring people are involved with Joyful Rescues. The sacrifices they make and commitments they fulfill are astounding and selfless. If anyone has anything negative to say about this organization I would have to question their intentions or motivations
