“😃*My favorite post office in my area is Black Creek's!!* It is only a minute from my house and the employees who work here have been nothing but kind and patient with me.*😊I like that it is a small post office too and that no one is ever there when I have to mail something so there are no long lines to wait in. I just wish they were open later than noon every day.”

“A nice little post office with great personnel. I have to compliment this location on multiple points, starting with the presentability of the office. It's always clean and in good repair, though it's also as Spartan as you might expect of a government office. I've always had pleasant interactions with the staff here, and they've been quite good at making sure we receive everything we're supposed to, even though I technically don't have a mailbox. The mail carriers are friendly and receptive as well, and eager to help you solve any problems you may have with your deliveries. The only problem I can point out is that on occasion it will be clear that the mail carrier never approached the house with items that are supposed to be signed for, instead opting to leave a "we missed you" notice in the mailbox. My mother is a disabled veteran, so it's not always convenient for her to go to the office to pick them up.”
