3-2-23 While visiting family in Cuba , my sister and I spent the night at your Inn . What an AWESOME experience we had during our stay ! Everything was clean and nice , but our favorite part was meeting ,”Mike !” We laughed and laughed , and he really added to our stay . Communication with the owner Marlene was an added bonus as she was attentive to our booking . Awesome place to stay !

We love Marlene and her "crew" at The Inn at 28! This is like our home away from home when we visit our family two or more times a year. You won't find more friendly folks who make you feel welcomed and right at home! The beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept in, the food is divine! They even make special food for me and my son, accommodating our allergies. It is rare we can eat something I didn't prepare myself, such a Treat! If you are considering a trip to the area, you will not regret booking a stay here.

We stayed here for one night in Pa Ingalls room. We had been driving for 8 hrs and we’re so happy to see this lovely room, spotlessly clean in a home that has beautiful features of s home built 150 yrs ago. Cozy bathrobes, great smelling bath products, bowl of candy to greet us. The breakfast was excellent and kept us full all day. We loved our stay here!

If you are going to this part of WNY or passing through, a must place to stay. We were going to Houghton, but its so close to many other locations. Very intuitive and nicely detailed stay. Warm host, but not overwhelming. Great spaces and thoughtful touches throughout. Amazing, generous and tasty breakfast. Looking forward to staying again.

My family visited from Georgia for a family reunion and rented all 6 rooms for 5 nights. Marlene, and Denise went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met. We appreciated the attention to details, the cleanliness of the Inn, the comfortable beds, and the tasty breakfasts! We will definitely stay at The Inn at 28 whenever we are in town to visit family.Rooms: The rooms are beautiful and clean with comfortable beds and plenty of towels.Walkability: You can walk out the door of the Inn and take a short walk for coffee, shopping, pizza, ice cream. The neighborhood is lovely. We enjoyed walking around looking at the historic homes.

Owner Marlene, innkeeper Denise and handyman Mike truly care about this place, their guests and the town of Cuba. It shows from the spotless room, delicious breakfasts, and all the little creature comforts provided. 2 adults and a child stayed in the mountain lake room and we had tons of space to spread out for the week. If we’re ever back in Cuba, we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else.Walkability: Center of downtown - can walk to grocery, liquor, antique shops, food.

The owners are very nice and the Inn is beautiful! Very clean and very relaxing. Whenever Green Mountain Paranormal Investigations happens to be in the area, this is the place that we choose.

Wasn’t sure if we would like staying at an Inn vs. hotel. This Inn stole our hearts. The communications by Marlene were superb. We wished we didn’t have to leave. Arrived at 9:30 pm. Was given key code. Enjoyed a snack that was waiting for us. Brought a bottle of wine with us, cheese and crackers, which we enjoyed in the living room with the fire on, playing our music (softly) looking out at the snow. The house built on the 1850s has so many original features and it is perfectly comfortable. Woke up to the smell of bacon, eggs and coffee. When we arrived at breakfast the table was set with homemade granola, fresh blueberries and greek yogurt. We were asked how we liked our eggs. Had eggs, “salt bread” toast and delicious thick bacon. Wr left our iPad in the room and Marlene mailed it to us. We hope to return soon and will be looking to stay at Ins vs.Lynn’s vs. hotels in the future. Our room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Also, I’m a bit of a clean freak and the house was spotless.

My husband and I loved this owner-operated B&B. The rooms charmed us. Everything was clean, clean; breakfast was delicious. They care about quality and about people, and it shows.Cuba is a historic town with a shady, flat 1.5 mile walk along the Genesee Valley Greenway.

We had a wonderful stay. Marlene was very gracious in the mornings with the best breakfasts. The room was excellent with each one having an ensuite. If you needed anything, she was only happy to assist.
