“We rented space here for 10 years. First it was my parent’s furniture then my own. Everything was in perfect condition. No rust, or mold, just a little dust . The temperature and humidity control never failed . I’d highly recommend this company!”
“I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Janeli was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive while assisting me with my lock. It’s refreshing to come across a team that genuinely cares about its customers and goes above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.
I wholeheartedly recommend Janeli and her team to anyone who values exceptional customer service and people who truly care.
A huge thank you to Janeli and Sue for making such a positive impression!”
“First time customer. Spoke to April on the phone & she was fantastic. Told me to go to the location & Mary will set me up and she did. Mary directed me to the right location, she helped me set up the lock and she was incredibly kind and supportive. I recommend this Extra Space Storage to all. Ask fur April when you call & Mary when you come in.”
“The onboarding process was amazing, Michael the onsite manager was truly a blessing. The units are clean, safety a plus and the price is right! Gotta love the North Fork down home attitude ! Thank the people who had the Vision to bring this business to town.”
“Rob and Ashton who manage the office are customer service Pro. This is a great self storage facility, well maintained with easy access, clean facility and very conveniently located.”
“Patrick helped me and he could not be nicer more pleasant or more earnest. He answered all my questions he showed me how to use my lock. I was very very pleased.”
“Hire these guys! Our team managed a complicated, partial move from Eastern Long Island to Queens and packed everything. Boxes were well-labeled and packed in an organized way. They were friendly, efficient, and not at all chaotic or annoying - they made a difficult day as smooth as we could have hoped.”
“Moving NEVER gets easier. No matter how many times you do it! This company went above and beyond. My family and I (mostly myself) we're so overwhelmed. Besides the moving factor, where do you put all these items! They suggested room layouts and kept reassuring me that everything will fall into place, and they were there to help. They are by no means interior designers in paper, but they knocked it out of the park, and I'd rather pay them to interior decorate, rather than paying someone who just goes by their own style. What an amazing, personal experience!I would/ and will use this company over and over again. Thank you, B&N for being a part of our new home and for helping us, in every way imaginable!”
“Despatch are my knights in shining blue armor, as we call them. We recommend all our clients to Despatch for their moving and storage needs. Adam, the GM, is always calm, professional, and reassuring even in the face of multi-day/faceted/destination logistics. Nick and James in the warehouse always have smiles on their faces and help load our van when we need packing supplies. The moving team run by Jim (Anthony, Joaquin, and Vinny) are always speedy, courteous, professional, conscientious, and respectful of people's homes and property. They do an amazing job packing, inventorying, and moving locally and long distance (have used for both). My clients have asked for them time and time again for every move. I wouldn't be able to help clients with move management if it wasn't for Despatch and their incredible staff. 10/10 highly recommended!”
