“The staff moved like they were training for the USPS Olympics-gold medal in efficiency. I held the door for an older lady and she said “I’ll tip you later.” Iconic behavior on her behalf. The parking lot is a bit tricky, but to be fair driving isn’t my strong suit. Overall, a great visit, would absolutely do it again.”

“Marianne and her crew are WONDERFUL.I faced a potential nightmare--of my own making, per usual--shipping household items of various shape/size/weight to my out-of-state residence. Marianne advised me re potential cost vis-a-vis usefulness of some of the items. So, I ended up with what my wife and I need for our home; the extra items will be used by my relatives or donated to good causes.Marianne is professional, patient, and very sympathetic to customers like myself who have difficulty making decisions. She never rushed me--the new store space is definitely beneficial. UPS made a good decision to expand its Southampton location, with Marianne in charge!”
“It's fine as far as Post Offices go, but I just returned from there, and they've removed the mailboxes you used to be able to pull right up to and use without getting out of the car. They recently had moved them back, making it necessary to get out of the car to mail a letter. Now they're history completely. Nothing like convenience for the handicapped and elderly eh. If you support the slob in the white house, please get your head examined before election day.”

“10/10 experience, not only do they care for their customers but the energy is always so welcoming walking into this UPS store. I got all the help I needed by a worker named Dayline. Her high interest in what I needed made me feel secured that my packages were going to be delivered at their destination. Daylines customer service not only was higher than expected but her contagious smile has you walking away with a smile for the rest of the tour day! :)
