“I have been a client since 2010. My dogs have always been delighted to be there and love meeting the staff. They have provided appropriate treatment during an emergency, referred me to experts if needed, and when my dog went over the rainbow bridge, they helped my dog have a loving, peaceful transition. Mine were not the only tears in the room, to my surprise ( they had known Pierre since he was 8 weeks old) . Also, because they knew my dog’s temperament so well, they were able to do diagnostic x-rays without any sleeping agent and did this before office hours. I remain very grateful.”
