5/7/2020 Serviced my '04 F350 Holmes Auto Repair is simply amazing! After many years of frustration and disappointment dealing with numerous ''other'' shops, all of that was washed away by bringing my vehicle to Holmes Auto Repair. They did what was asked and needed and did what they said they would do. They were very thorough and caring and in addition to the repairs that were done, they also inspected and ensured that i knew the overall condition of my vehicle from front to rear for peace of mind and not just said they did like other shops. Their old school approach from a time when mechanics used to be real mechanics is truly a blessing and a welcome surprise. They take pride in their work and genuinely care about you as a customer and your vehicle. They are of the mindset that ''if ya can't do it right, don't do it at all.'' You are definitely not just another dollar sign like most other shops. They serviced my vehicle like it was their own and treated me like a friend, which even included a final visual ''walk thru'' and explanation of the work that was done. Nothing to hide here because they actually do the work that is paid for. Finally...... peace of mind from a shop i can trust to do things right and do it right the first time. 5/7/2020 This business is simply amazing! Serviced my '04 F350. Did what was asked and did what they said they would do. They have an old school approach from a time when mechanics used to be real mechanics and were honest, thorough and cared about the customer and doing things right. Anyone can turn a wrench and call themselves a mechanic which seems as is mostly the case these days. But this place is a cut above the rest. Experienced, caring, attention to detail, patient, and of the mindset that ''if ya can't do it right, don't do it at all.'' Holmes Auto Repair truly takes pride in their work and it shows in how they treat you and how well the job is done. Integrity in an auto repair shop? Go figure! But this place has it. Finally.....peace of mind. They've earned my trust and gained a customer for life. M. Wells
