Advance Auto Parts is a very helpful franchise to have nearby, with lots of readily available parts in stock for common vehicles at decent prices. The store and its employees are frequently described as very nice, kind, and knowledgeable, providing excellent and helpful service. Staff are noted for going above and beyond to assist customers, even with tasks outside a typical sale. While most experiences are positive, with some employees being completely awesome, there can be inconsistency, as another clerk seemed unhelpful and annoyed. Overall, it is a store known for A-plus service where many customers choose to return.
After receiving the wrong parts from a new auto parts store, I went to advanced. Not only did I get the right part immediately but the service was excellent. The lady that helped was very nice and knowledgeable. I won't waste my time going anywhere else.

I went here and was gonna buy a gas can but when I told the cashier it was because I couldn't open the one in my trunk she came out and tried to open.it then tool it in to a guy who was working he was able to open it and they were so kind
