Pharmacy is awful. They lie about when your prescriptions are ready for pick up and don't alert you when you are out of refills and need to contact doctor. When it's their fault my medication is late so now I'm unable to pick up my medication on time that I need before a certain date and by the time they allow me to have it, it'll be over due.

Shift supervisor Casey yells at customers asking for help, berates them and tells them to get out of”her store”. After I was treated this way I witnessed another person subjected to the same verbal assault. Someone should review the customer service position with her because she hates helping people!

I’ve worked here for eight months. During the 8 months I was going to the Avon store (needed extra hours because my store wouldn’t give them to me; 13 hrs a week ). I have bills of my own. The employees had a huge problem with how I finally got the hours I needed to survive, constantly putting me down for volunteering to travel when nobody else would. Unfriendly work environment for someone with anxiety. Another instance I had told the pharmacist on duty that I had to leave work due to an anxiety attack caused by another worker, and her reply was “Good luck in the future”.

Please please do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE this pharmacy!!! A med my doctor prescribed was sent here. It was very necessary to start taking immediately. They told me that they could not fill the prescription because it needed insurance approval which usually takes 3 days. Again it was critical. I called my doctors office on hold a long time and I was in panic mode. Turns out that I could get the med if I paid $10. Why they did not give that option but rather were going to send me out the door. I explained to the clerk that rather tell me I could not get it without ins approval they should have given me the option. I was told it is not their policy and they would not change. Do yourself a favor and avoid these idiots!
