Highly recommend these folks! We had a breakdown of our RV motorhome while heading camping last week. Called our tow service, and they were still trying to find someone to help us after about an hour. I noticed the trucks at Fleet Pride as we went past. Called them, they came with the big rig about 15 minutes later. Jeremy was professional and did a nice job. We were towed to the main building and spoke with Kelly and Anthony. Even though they were closing in about 45 minutes, technician Chris was able to look at our vehicle. After investigation by him (on his own time at home), he came back the next morning, and diagnosed our problem as a burned wiring harness. They were kind enough to let us stay in our rig (with our three cats) the prior night, and instead of having a friend drive down from Rochester to help us remove ALL of our food, clothing, supplies, etc. for our camping trip, the harness was repaired by Chris and we were able to resume our camping trip. This was AMAZING service, and everyone was very kind and accommodating! Anthony gave me a list of the other FleetPride offices in NY, and I will share this with our friends. I am also recommending them to FMCA as a towing service.
Thank you all for making a potentially disastrous experience into a positive one.

We drove from PA to NY today to purchase a motorhome. On our way home, we blew out a tire and realized the spare was junk. FleetPride went above and beyond for us. They sourced two tires that they didn't have in stock. They sent a tow in a very timely fashion, and the tires were waiting at the shop when we arrived. They installed the front tires and swapped out the spare with one of our take offs. They were extremely professional, sympatheic, courteous, and very easy to work with. They did everything they could to get us back on the road, heading home with our motorhome. The entire process was seamless. 10 out of 10 would recommend them to anyone!

Just wanted to say thanks for the tow, had a bit of a wait but there were a lot of accidents during the storm, the price was cheaper and the guy was courteous

I can't say enough positive things about this location. Shane is fabulous! I needed an engine put in my T680 and his team did a terrific job. They even worked with my 3rd party insurance when they didnt have to. Also liked the tow guy (sorry I don't remember his name-hard to forget him). Then, I happened to be in the area again and needed check engine light and oil leak looked at. Shane said bring it in. He looked at it, diagnosed, and got me back on the road quickly. Thank you for such wonderful and friendly customer service!

Just for a part number they send the road service and they charged us $445 and they did nothing, they didn't even know how mutch will cost the part. But we called to dealership and foud the part number and the price for zero money.They don't know anything, They just want to rip people off
