“If you need help with your phone, go hollar back at Sir Tom & Joey. My phone unfortunately stopped working the other day. I went in and Tom looked into it. He had to call customer service and he dealt with that thankfully. After 2 reps and about an hour on the phone, we got an answer of some kind. I had to go back in the afternoon as I had to wait for Verizone systems to get back online. I had a short wait & then Tom spent 3 more hours trying to get a new phone up and going and all the rest of the logistics. Sir Tom & Joey did a great job and are truly there to help the customer get answers and will not stop until they do so. Grest to do business with them.”
