“Highly recommend these folks! We had a breakdown of our RV motorhome while heading camping last week. Called our tow service, and they were still trying to find someone to help us after about an hour. I noticed the trucks at Fleet Pride as we went past. Called them, they came with the big rig about 15 minutes later. Jeremy was professional and did a nice job. We were towed to the main building and spoke with Kelly and Anthony. Even though they were closing in about 45 minutes, technician Chris was able to look at our vehicle. After investigation by him (on his own time at home), he came back the next morning, and diagnosed our problem as a burned wiring harness. They were kind enough to let us stay in our rig (with our three cats) the prior night, and instead of having a friend drive down from Rochester to help us remove ALL of our food, clothing, supplies, etc. for our camping trip, the harness was repaired by Chris and we were able to resume our camping trip. This was AMAZING service, and everyone was very kind and accommodating! Anthony gave me a list of the other FleetPride offices in NY, and I will share this with our friends. I am also recommending them to FMCA as a towing service.
