After changing my address and checking it was correct, the post office lost my mail. Refered to Albany and after 2 months of trying to contact them I was told they could not help. My mail was never retuurned to senders and I have no idea who has my information. I did not recieve financial information and so this cost me time, money, and stress. Inept and irresponsible. The entire postal system will not take responsibility. How would you like not knowing who has your financial and personal information?

I ordered a package on October 6th and paid 37 dollars for faster shipping.... it’s late arrival date was the 15th! It’s the 26th and I haven’t gotten anything yet!!!! I paid 37 dollar shipping and it’s not even here in 3 weeks smh

If I could leave half a star I would, How do you people lose a package and on top of that make it run 4 weeks late and not update tracking in over a week and a half. Get me my package and it has nothing to do with the seller we are in contact daily trying to fix your mess up!!!
