These people, from Paul at the front desk to the mechanics in the back did a great job for me for six years or so. The prices were fair and I felt they were not trying to hold me up for money--they sometimes had inexpensive options, which I appreciated. I relied on them for my older vehicles and for vehicles of several of my friends that I referred there. Then, I took an older Alfa Romero in and with the drops of oil in the coolant water I knew there was at least a head gasket involved. Head was found to be damaged and not repairable. They found a replacement engine and I paid them $1500 for that but they could never make it run. It was always "two more weeks" or in one case "six weeks". Then, two years later, when out of frustration I picked it up, the transmission was missing (and still is) and many other parts such as carbs. The engine was inspected by an Alfa Romero shop and they told me it was the wrong engine. I made a complaint to NV DMV and the owner Eric told them "We just sold him an engine"--complete falsehood. Separate event with my van about the same time--needed a new transmission, they got a refurbished one from Jasper (great shop), DI Auto could not make it work, said it had internal damage and they got another one from Jasper under their warranty. Finally got my van back after 120 days. Transmission did not work properly and would occasionally go into creep mode until I had the Chevrolet dealer on Sahara (great shop) make the final corrections. Use this shop for oil changes and main line work--They are good as long as they stay in their lane.

I'm glad to hear you had a positive experience with a mechanic shop! It's always great to find reliable and skilled professionals to take care of your vehicle. If you're looking to leave a good review for them, make sure to mention their expertise, professionalism, timely service, and fair pricing. Including specific details about the work they did and how it improved your vehicle can also be helpful.Note:- prices cheap & friendly guys. definitely. You’ll love that place ❤️?

Hard to get them to return calls to us. They said they rebuild our rear end but Our rear ended had to be rebuilt again after we got home! We were told it was warranted, when we needed the warranty 1 month later, found it wasn't covered.

Not the best shop in las vegas but certainly not the worst either which is why im giving this shop such a low rating, the biggest i problem with this place is the way business is conducted you're told they'll call you back, but they never do unless its to hit you up for money that's just fact, call to get status updates "oh i dont know" is the common response given or we'll get to it next week, my 2013 dodge dart has been sitting in their yard for months now due to an issue with my cars wiring harness which isnt their fault the mechanic who worked on my car prior hacked it up so i own that one, an employee by the name of paul was suppose to be helping me locate a harness did he ever give me a call to let me know he was still looking nope i constantly had to keep calling them instead of them calling me, after all i am the CUSTOMER whos money you took and nothing is done $3400 to be exact, was told it was a simple fix original quote was $1600 somehow we ended up at 3400 cause the Mechanic doesnt know what the hell he's doing and probably ordering stuff not really knowing what the issue is im guessing trying to fix it by trial and error. Before i took the car there my car would turn on and drive once they got it to it wouldn't turn on or drive.... Found the harness after a few months turned it in to them was told they would start right away here were are a few weeks in and my car is still just sitting there untouched !! They even lost my valve cover but luckily they found it, the Mechanic who tore apart the top part of my engine claimed he left it in the car but where did they find it @ their shop..... Total incompetence

Bought my RV to get my generator fix. They had it for 2-3 months. First they said it was a wiring harness. They had to order it. Month later it comes in and that doesn't fix the problem. Put the old harness back in I'm assuming. No charge. Then they still had to troubleshoot. Didn't they do that already? Now they said it's the module. Don't know when they can get that part so pick up the Rv until that happens. I picked up my RV and now the ac doesn't work and the switch for the generator is missing plus the radio doesn't work. Had to bring it back again. They found the switch but haven't fixed anything else yet. My RV has been there since May and now it's September and they still haven't fixed it yet. Every time I call they say let me get an update and I'll call you back. They don't call back. Then they say it will be done on this day. It never gets done. Sorry to say but this is the worst place to bring your vehicle. Do not bring your vehicles here. My RV has been here going on 5 months!!

NEVER AGAIN. "Your Honda takes 'special' transmission fluid, so we have to charge you $60 MORE." I already paid for the upgrade to synthetic trans fluid. Then Paul (manager) blames me: "leave it you to have the car with the higher prices fluid, huh?" From a few days ago, when our other Honda took "special" freon that cost over $600 for the air conditioner. Rip me off, then blame me? Nice! I brought 3 different vehicles to you in 1 week. Never again.

Two stars for thier free towing (only of you get work done by them) and responce time, however they are like any other typical Auto repair shop, they claim to only use dealer parts that are way more expensive then they need to be so they can give a warranty, they also claim they will not use aftermarket parts to save you hundreds of dollars even if you are willing to not have a warranty. So I will have to pay for an extra tow I didn't need get the aftermarket part myself that is hundreds of dollars cheaper and do work myself I didn't want to do. Better to spend 300 for parts and tools than $1050 for a shop to do work.

I brought my classic 1989 Diesel Land Rover Defender in for a diagnostic compression check. I was told by Paul (the manager) to bring it in on a Friday. I called the following Monday and was told the mechanic was out sick and should be back on Wednesday. I called on Wednesday afternoon and was told he was still out sick. Two weeks after bringing it in, a mechanic finally did the compression check and all was (according to him) fine with the motor. To do the compression check, he had to remove the intake manifold. Upon re-installing it, he managed to crush the steel #4 fuel line between the manifold and the block, resulting in destroying the fuel line and damaging the $2400.00 intake manifold. Not knowing the damage that had been done, I paid them $540.00 bill. I got in the car and upon starting it up immediately noticed that something was wrong with the engine. It had virtually no power and it was backfiring and sputtering when I tried to accelerate. I went around the the block and came right back to the shop. I talked to Paul and he said that the fuel injection pump was bad and could be replaced for $1800.00 (it was new) and he refused to have a mechanic look at the vehicle because he said they were "too busy". I was insistent that they look NOW because the vehicle had already been there for 2 weeks and was obviously malfunctioning. The mechanic came out and we went for a drive around the block. He said he thought nothing was wrong with the engine even though it was obvious that there was a problem. I popped the hood and checked the oil (which he said he had added) and saw that he had overfilled the oil sump by several quarts, so I asked him to drain it to the correct level, as too much oil will kill a diesel engine fast. He took the car back into the shop and 1/2 hour later gave me the vehicle. At this point, I had no choice but to limp the car back to my house because they REFUSED to have the mechanic do anything more and I didn't want to leave it there for one minute longer. It was smoking and backfiring and had very little power while driving down the freeway. As soon as I got home I removed the intake manifold and found the crushed fuel line as well as the damaged portion of the manifold. Because of the crushed fuel line, the intake manifold could not form a seal to the engine block. So, I was sucking road dust into the engine all the way home. I took photos of the damage to the fuel line and manifold and sent them to Paul. He called me and told me they would refund my $540 but would not pay for the damaged parts. To add insult to injury, my tool bag that was in the back of the vehicle was missing. My fault for leaving it in the vehicle, so I guess hindsight is 20/20. I brought the car into another diesel shop for inspection of anything else that had gone awry and they called and told me there was gasoline mixed in with the oil in the oil sump! I had just changed the oil myself the previous month so I know, but can't prove, that someone with access to the vehicle had deliberately sabotaged it. Needless to say I will be taking Don's DI to court for the damages to the vehicle and cost of repair. Fortunately, I have photos of all the damage and the refund, which I'm told by the lawyer I contacted is an admission of sorts. STAY AWAY IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU!

I went into this thinking that I found some great mechanics until I realized that they are not good for business but still tried to see our small business owners win but instead they are taking from us went in because my truck wasn't able to climb hills so they charged me 2,100 to change out two sensors and to do an oil change I went with there rates but my truck still had the same problem two weeks later and on top of that i requested some pricing and you wouldn't believe they were attempting to charge me triple the price for parts they are a bunch of big scammers that's probably why the name had to change beware going inside this location paul and Dave are big fraud paper pushers

Don got me out of a real bind when my trailer broke down after a delivery upstate. Put me right in and fixed me up to get my back on the road for the best price I’ve ever seen in New York. I’ll be driving hours to go back here to get more work done when I need it next.

Very friendly, honest about time frame for repair, reasonable prices. I will use again & I recommend Don's D.I. auto repair. I have recommend this shop to a friend as honest & good priced. She isn't good at car maintenance, hopefully she'll change & go here.
