We have ordered both the beef and the pork and it is the best we have had and with the short drive.

A family owned grass based ranch in the beautiful St. Lawrence River valley in Upstate NY, raising pastured beef, lamb, pork & chicken.
We raise grass, which feeds our beef, sheep, pigs and chickens. The more we regenerate our land the healthier and more happy our animals are. Which makes us happy and we all get to eat well!
Local Delivery to your door weekly in St. Lawrence County or shipped to your door Nationwide. CSA Shares & Bulk order ( a side or whole animal cut to your preference and delivered) are also available. Eggs, Maple syrup, Honey, snacks sticks, jerky and summer sausages are available at our Ranch Shop, open Thursday & Friday 2-5pm and Saturday 9am-4pm.
