As a long time customer I would have expected that better service. I called for fuel 2 weeks ago and still have not gotten it. The driver called and I couldn't get to the phone and I called right back several times he never answered. RENAE WAS VERY RUDE WHEN I CALLED and was no help whatever. I always paid soon it was delivered. I would not recommend this company as the service has gone down hill since my first purchase. I GUESS THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS . I WOULDN'T GIVE THEN A STAR BUT THERE ISN'T ANYTHING LOWER.

I don’t have anything bad to say but what I would say is that their customer service could be more accommodating or have more people on call for emergencies. I don’t think a family should have to wait days to get fuel in the middle of winter time because a holiday was coming. Especially in locations with children and areas that are pounded by the winters.

The woman answering the phone were very sweet and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions. The delivery driver was very nice especially delivering in this horrible weather… thank you!!😊

Friendly, great service. Only draw back wish they could give a tighter time frame on delivery then two days. Some of us have tanks in basement and have to let them in so it's hard when there's a two day window and no time of day.
