I was very pleased with the customer service from Mark W. He answered all my questions and made the process in ordering my contacts quick and efficient.
The manager Mark D was also very professional, courteous, and helpful. I will return next year.

I have been getting my prescription glasses at BJ's Optical in Deer Park for years now. Their prices and service are always great. Mark is always helpful and professional. I have referred family members to Mark as and they are happy as well.

Went to the Deer Park BJ’s to have my glasses fixed. I got them at Target but they never fix right. Mark at BJ’s took the time to make sure they fit correctly and than cleaned them. Great customer service! Thank you Mark.

Second time having issues returning an item. I bought an item for 18 dollars found it later on for 14 dollars so i bought the cheaper one and returned the $18 ones. I don't understand what was the problem. Three people had to be involved including the night manager. Please shop at a different one Farmingdale or Islandia.

I was shocked to find that my daughter's glasses were given expensive upgrades without my permission. This is very dishonest and I would not expect this from a store like BJs. That would never happen in Costco. AND, where is the food court ? It seems that they have removed the whole set-up . "Not making money" , I was told. But this is really a convenience for your customers. Once again, Costco would NEVER do something so foolish and harebrained.
