I really wanted to believe in this dealership because they present themselves as a trusted, family-run business that cares about their customers. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. After buying a used car here, I quickly discovered issues that were either hidden or never mentioned during the sale. When I reached out to the dealership, instead of helping resolve the problem, they avoided responsibility and gave me the runaround. What was sold to me as a “reliable, inspected vehicle” turned into an expensive headache just weeks later. It’s really disappointing to be treated this way—especially by a place that advertises honesty and trust. I’d strongly recommend getting any vehicle from here inspected by an independent mechanic before signing anything, and don’t rely on their word alone.

From the first phone call to finally sitting down and completing the purchase Anthony made the process easy and pain free. I just picked up the car but it was as nice in person as it was in the pictures and drove well on my test drive. Had a smooth experience purchasing a vehicle from out-of-state. We found the car online and worked through phone and email to coordinate everything with Anthony at Car Tec. We hired Lemon Protector to do an inspection and test drive for us, and they confirmed the car was in great condition as advertised. Getting it delivered was simple and reasonably priced.
I'd do business with Car Tec again.
